Monitoring a server can be a hard duty. You either have to do the job on your own and devote a lot of your precious time to watching over your virtual server, or else you have to arrange a 3rd–party solution whose sole job will be to keep an eye on your VPS. And this is where our Managed Services solution can help you out. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be added to our own custom–developed monitoring system, which will keep track of all the crucial tasks. And in case of any service trouble, our system administrators will be informed right away and they will resolve the issue as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest thing in this world. You will either need to use a separate server or your home PC, or, alternatively utilize some 3rd–party software. We offer a considerably easier option with our Managed Services deal. We’ll make a full backup copy of your VPS server each week, so you never have to be worried about losing critical information. Plus, we can always retrieve a backup copy really quickly. All backups we make are retained on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your Virtual Private Server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & set up particular software applications on it. And if this may sound like something way too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Managed Services package, is definitely the best solution for your needs. While using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our experienced system administrators who will install and set–up any software application or solve any trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it is an extra feature.
